Is Shabina Asghar & Sons a licensed recruitment agency?
Yes. Shabina Asghar & Sons International Travel and Tour (Pvt) Ltd is a government-licensed Overseas Employment Promoter registered with the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development under licence HRD/4689/RWP. We have been serving workers and pilgrims since 2002.
Which countries do you send workers to?
We supply manpower to the six Gulf countries: the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. We also have a partner office in Doha, Qatar — Balaj International Hospitality (CR 2963331).
What documents do I need to apply for a Gulf job?
Usually you will need a passport valid for at least six months, the job offer letter from the employer, a medical fitness certificate (GAMCA), a police clearance certificate and your attested educational certificates. Visa processing typically takes four to six weeks.
Do you offer Hajj and Umrah packages?
Yes. We offer economy and standard Hajj packages and monthly Umrah departures with flights, hotels near the Haram, ziyarat and visa assistance. Our last published rates were PKR 485,000 (Economy Hajj, 21 days), PKR 625,000 (Standard Hajj, 25 days) and PKR 185,000 (Umrah, 10 days). Please contact us for current prices.
Where are your offices?
Our head office is at Office #2, Floor No. 3, Kala Khan Shopping Center, Shamsabad, Murree Road, Rawalpindi. Our branch office is on Main Thalli Road, opposite the new Ghalla Mandi, Rahim Yar Khan. In Qatar we work through Balaj International Hospitality in Doha.
